Cancelling an order
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, as UK consumer law sets out. Custom cards are made to your design, so they’re exempt unless faulty. To cancel, email support@tapinfo.io with your order number. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Faulty cards and tags
If a card or tag doesn’t read, we replace it free. Tell us within 12 months of delivery and we’ll send a replacement, usually without needing the old one back.
Lost or damaged cards
Lost a card? Revoke it and order a replacement at half price. Your profile, history and relationships carry on.
Replacements
A replacement card costs half the price of the original card, in the same finish.
Delivery
UK: £3.99, Royal Mail, usually 2–3 working days. International: Royal Mail International Tracked, priced by destination at checkout. Custom designs ship once you approve the proof.
VAT
TapInfo isn’t VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.
